Frequently Asked Questions
-
The first consultation is an in-depth exploration of your individual experience. We take time to look at what you are experiencing right now, alongside your personal history, physical sensations, patterns, and subtle details. From there, I analyze your case and prepare a tailored remedy plan along with guidance for your next steps.
-
Not at all. You don’t need prior experience with homeopathy or any idea of what remedy you might need. The consultation is simply a quiet space to share your story. I will guide you through the process and explain everything clearly along the way.
-
Consultations are conducted online via secure video call, allowing you to connect comfortably from your own space. You will receive a link and simple setup details upon booking.
-
There is no rigid, one-size-fits-all schedule. Initially, a follow-up about five weeks after your first consultation allows enough time for observation and reflection as the initial layer responds. As your process continues to unfold, follow-up sessions naturally become more spaced out.
-
After your consultation, you will receive a personalized plan outlining the remedy or remedies selected for your case, along with exact dosing guidance. Remedies are purchased separately from the consultation fee. I will provide direct recommendations on where to order your remedies online or locally.

Yes. Homeopathy operates as a complementary approach and can be explored alongside other forms of care. I do not ask you to discontinue prescribed medications, medical treatments, or other professional care. If you have an ongoing medical concern, it is essential to remain under the care of your primary licensed healthcare provider.

Yes. Acute support (for short-term, sudden situations like minor illnesses or seasonal shifts) is available exclusively to established clients. Once we have built an initial understanding of your baseline picture, you are welcome to reach out via text when an acute need arises.
Acute support is $55 and includes case assessment via text, custom remedy recommendations, and check-ins over the following couple of days as the situation resolves.
Please note: Acute text support is monitored during standard business hours [Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM]. Texts are typically answered within a few hours. Acute homeopathy is complementary support and is never a substitute for emergency medical care — if you or your child experience a medical emergency, please seek urgent care immediately.
-
Yes. Children can be seen through an individual consultation, or through a joint Mother + Child consultation. These longer sessions allow space to listen to each person individually while honoring the shared environment and context you hold together.
-
Yes. When more than two family members would like to begin care together, we can arrange an individualized session format and timeframe tailored specifically to your family's needs.

You don't need to have everything figured out before reaching out. If you are curious about this approach and want to see if working together feels like the right fit, you are welcome to reach out via email before booking.
