The Healing Within package begins with a 90-minute intake session, where we explore your current challenges, life experiences, goals, and the areas of your life seeking greater support. This initial session helps us map the journey ahead and identify the most meaningful starting points for our work together.

Follow-up sessions provide space to check in, reflect on what is unfolding, and continue supporting your process as it evolves. Depending on your needs, sessions may include homeopathic support, astrological insight, energy healing, meditation, or other practices that feel most aligned in the moment. Rather than following a fixed protocol, each session responds to where you are and what is asking for attention, allowing the work to unfold in a way that is both intuitive and deeply personalized.

JOURNEY TIMEFRAME: 2 - 3 MONTHS

Follow-up sessions are generally spaced 2–4 weeks apart, creating space for integration while supporting the natural unfolding of the process. Together, we can adjust the rhythm based on your needs and what feels most supportive.
